1. Driver Requirements & Eligibility

Minimum Age: 20 years old.
Driving License: Drivers must hold a full, valid driving license for at least 1 year.
Documentation: All drivers must present a physical valid driving license and a valid Identity Card or Passport.
Age Surcharges:

Young Driver: A fee of €10 per day per day applies to drivers aged under 23.
Senior Driver (76+): A fee of €10 per day applies to drivers aged over 75.

Reservations are made based on vehicle category, not a specific model.
In case of unavailability, a vehicle from the same or a higher category will be provided at no additional charge.

Security Deposit: A guarantee of €500 will be held on the driver’s credit or debit card.

Optional: You may reduce the deposit to €350 by paying an extra €5 + VAT per day.

Refund Policy: The deposit is released at the end of the rental, provided no additional charges occur. Release time can take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank.
Payment: We accept credit cards, debit cards, or cash.

Note: A credit card is required as a guarantee even for cash payments. If no credit card is provided, the customer must purchase our insurance.
Requirement: All cards must be in physical form.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Reduces the renter’s liability in case of damage or theft when no responsible third party is identified. If declined, the renter is liable for the full value of the vehicle.
Coverage Tiers:

Additional Coverage: Excess €800.
Additional Coverage Plus: Excess €400.
Additional Coverage 0 Excess: Excess €0. (if any damage occurred administrator fee 70 euro included Vat will be applied)

Strict Exclusions (Not Covered): Damage to the underneath of the car, windshields, lights and lost keys are not covered by any of the above plans.
Total Exclusion of Coverage: Insurance is void, and no coverage applies if damages result from:

Administration Fee: A non-refundable fee of €70 applies to any incident.
Late Return: Returns exceeding 1 hour past the scheduled time will be charged an additional full day’s rental.
Traffic Fines: The renter is responsible for all traffic fines. If unpaid, an Administration Fee of €70 will be added to the fine cost.
Lost Keys: The lessee must inform the company immediately. Costs for replacement and delivery to Milos are charged according to the official brand catalog.

Non-Asphalt Roads: Use on non-asphalt roads is prohibited. If the vehicle is immobilized, the lessee is liable for towing costs up to €350, and roadside protection is voided.
Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as picked up. If returned with less, a refueling service charge of €10 + VAT plus the cost of missing fuel will apply.
Cleaning Fee: If the vehicle requires cleaning beyond the usual, a €100 + VAT fee applies for biological cleaning. For partial cleaning (e.g., a single seat), the charge is €25 + VAT.

Sea Transfer: Written permission from our office is required to transport the car by boat. Insurance does not cover damages during boat transportation. Unauthorized transfer results in a €50 fine.
If the vehicle is immobilized, the lessee is liable for towing costs up to €350, and roadside protection is voided.
Kimolos: Driving to Kimolos is allowed, but free roadside assistance is not available. Towing costs and wait times are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Other Islands: The company holds no responsibility for mechanical errors or damages on other islands. Repairs are only authorized by our mechanic in Milos. All related expenses burden the customer.

Accidents: You must notify the Company and the Police immediately and provide all necessary documentation.
Theft: Report immediately to the Company and Police and provide the car keys. Failure to do so voids insurance.
Damage Liability: In case of damage, the renter must immediately pay the repair cost plus the rental rate for the days the vehicle remains in the workshop.

Cancellations: Fully refundable if made at least 3 days before the rental period.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Greek Law. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
